core process psychotherapy

Welcome to Core Process Psychotherapy

Core Process Psychotherapy has a Buddhist based psycho spiritual approach. It emphasizes the health and interconnectedness of each person. It recognises, that in our life journey, our good health can become overlaid so that we, and our relationships, become limited.

About core process psychotherapy

Exploration

Core Process Psychotherapy is an exploration of how we are in our present experience and how this expresses the past conditioning and conditions of our lives. A depth awareness of what is happening in the present moment is used to explore our inner process.

Awareness

This awareness encompasses our energies, sensations, feelings, mental processes and their expressions in the body. The aim is not to alter the experience but to sense how we relate to it, so that it becomes possible to move with greater creativity and flexibility in our lives.

Understanding

Core Process is based on an understanding that within the conscious mind there is a deeper wisdom that moves naturally towards healing. Integration and freedom come from insight into the way in which we hold on to our suffering and from deeper connection with the openness, compassion and wisdom at the heart of human experience.
